💔 Hartney Bids Farewell to Historic Town Hall

The landmark Hartney Town Hall is officially slated for demolition. This marks the end of an era for the familiar building on West Railway Street in the heart of Hartney, Manitoba.

For decades, the Town Hall served as a critical community hub, housing municipal offices and hosting countless local events. It stood as a silent witness to much of Hartney's history.

Deterioration and mounting repair costs ultimately made the demolition necessary. Following a structural review, the decision was made to tear down the aging structure due to safety and financial concerns.

While the loss is deeply felt by many residents, the site presents an opportunity for future development beneficial to the community. Hartney is now looking forward to planning the next chapter for this central location.
